Canyoning & Gorge Walking In Snowdonia
Canyoning/Gorge Walking is a relatively new activity and involves descending steep mountain steams that have carved beautiful ravines into the hills of Snowdonia. Descent is normally a combination of walking sliding jumping and abseils. Great fun. Ranging from easly escapable gorge walks to more demanding canyons that require long abseils big jumps and even zip lines, Snowdonia has it all!
We offer 2 types of Canyon Adventures.
Canyoning & Gorge Walking Trips in Snowdonia
Course Description: This involves hopping over boulders, traversing pools, negotiating tight squeezes, sliding down chutes and jumping into deep pools.
Location: Snowdonia, North Wales.
Duration: 1 day.
Cost: £45.00 per day.
Experience: None required.
Age limit: 18+ (unless parent/guardian present then min. approx 8 yrs).

Advanced Canyoning & Gorge Walking Trips
Course Description: These are generally steeper and more committing involving more technical skill to negotiate safely. They will generally involve multiple waterfall abseils and more rope use and even Tyrolean traverses. At the start of the day you will have the opportunity to do a short practice abseil.
Location: Snowdonia, North Wales.
Duration: 1 day.
Cost: £45.00 per day.
Experience: None required.
Age limit: 18+ (unless parent/guardian present then min. approx 8 yrs).
